Juice Liquid Bottle Filling Capping Machine Production Line including following machines：

Client's requirements:

1. Product for filling: fresh juice liquid

2. Bottle type: different sizes plastic round bottles: 60ml - 2000ml (see below drawings & photo)

3. Cap type: theft-proofing screw plastic cap dia. 40mm (see below picture) 

 4.Room limit for filling line：（client’s room layout，Space limit:  length -  8000 mm width - 2700 mm, height is no more than 2100 mm）

5. Speed requirement for the line: 2400 bottles per hour（60ml bottle）

6. other requirements: “I would like all bearings and stainless steel to be in a 316 grade to avoid any rusting (we had to replace all linear bearings on our filler due to rust), I would also like all adjustable features to be “easy grip”. I will also need 1 infeed pipe to the filling machine instead of 1 per head. This will link to our chilled filling tank.”
