1. Product for filling: Shower Gel

2. Bottle type: different sizes plastic oval bottles: 100ml - 300ml (see below drawings & photo)

 3.Cap type: screw plastic spray pump cap & press cap (see below picture) 

4.Room limit for filling line：（client’s room layout，Space limit:  length -  4730 mm  width - 4250 mm, room height is 2750 mm）

6.Speed requirement for the line: Oval bottle: 100 ml 50 bottles / min, 200ml 40 bottles / min, 300 ml 30 bottles / min.

7.Other requirements:

The scope of supply (unit, installation, training, documents) is complete and appropriate, tested in IQ, OQ.

Accuracy of charging +/- 0.5 - 1%.

The capping results close completely to the bottle
