Client's requirements:

1. Product for filling: Olive oil, Coconut oil

2. Bottle type: glass bottles: 250ml -1000ml (see below drawings & photo)

3.  Cap type: ROPP Alu. caps (see below picture)

Room limit for filling line：（client’s room layout，Space limit:  length -  7750 mm  width - 6130 mm, room height is 2500 mm）

Speed requirement for the line: 20 bottles /minute for 500ml bottle. 

Other requirements: I need a fully Automatic production line (round table, filling, capping, labeling, and another round table on the end)

Applications:

1. This production line adopts servo motor control gear pump filling and servo caps screwing system. Humanized operation and high filling accuracy. Filling nozzles can be customized.

2. It suits to different fluids and semi-fluids, such as juice, essential oil, syrup, hand gel, lotion, shampoo, laundry detergent, yogurt, lubricating oil...
