Client's requirements:

1. Product for filling: Engine and gear oil, oil treatment, fuel treatment, degreaser, the viscosity of the products varies ranging from around 1 cSt @ 220 cSt @ 40 ° C. We normally handle them at room temperature, so it gives a maximum viscosity of around 650cSt @ 20 ° C.

2. Bottle type: different sizes plastic round & square bottles: 65ml - 4000ml (see below drawings & photo)

3.  Cap type: different sizes screw plastic caps (see below picture)

Room limit for filling line：（client’s room layout，Space limit:  length -  6900 mm   width - 6000 mm, room height is 2600 mm）

Speed requirement for the line: Basically we need to fill around 6 to 10 x 1 liter bottles /minute.

Other requirements:

Our production lots are generally small enough not to keep inventories too high. We generally produce around 2000 @ 10000 containers depending on the products. We would like to have a line that cleans up fairly quickly without much work. We want to have in this filling line, the ability to put the caps automatically and also a labeling machine capable of affixing on two sides of a rectangular container or on the periphery of a round bottle.
