Alcohol （Syrup）Bottle Filling Stoppering Capping Labeling Machine in Line

Client's requirements:

1. Alcohol （Syrup）Filling Line include: loading turntable, filling, plugging and capping monoblock machine, labeling machine(with printer for date code), collecting turntable.

2. Product for filling: product one: alcohol and waters solutions, extracts with maintenance of alcohol up to 95%；product two: Viscous syrup liquid like honey

3. Bottle type: glass bottle: 20ml - 50ml (see below picture)

4. Cap type: inner plastic stopper (press), outer screw plastic cap (see below picture) 

5. Label type: sticking label: width 27 mm., length 61mm. (see below picture)

6. Printing type: thermal printing with thermal transfer ribbon, printing on labels

7. Speed requirement for the line: 3000 bottles per hour

8. Space requirement: Overall dimensions, no more:
   length -  4000 mm 
   width - 1450 mm
   a height is no more than 2100 mm

Applications:

1.The line is suitable for packing all kinds of glass and plastic bottles (below 100ml volume) with plugs and screw (roll, press) caps.

2. The line is suitable for all kind of chemical liquids gel and ointment filling, such as Alcohol, Iodine, Wine, spirits, Oils, Syrup, Gel, Lotion, ointment and cream etc.
